At Ruth's Chris, steak rules over the menu but one cannot resist trying fresh seafood, Ahi tuna stack, seared rare, and topped with colossal lump crabmeat. Vegetarians can gratify their taste buds with grilled portbello mushrooms- marinated of fluffy garlic mashed with grilled asparagus. The finest ingredients are used at Ruth's Christ to produce high quality food. The bar is well stocked, to please even the most fastidious.

Posted by Britt, 14 December, 2007The first time my family and I went here to dine was not successful, it was so overcrowded with diners. The second attempt, we tried to go their earlier and not on the peak hours, voila! it paid off. we had the most amazing steaks we ever had for the whole week of vacation at las vegas. Be sure to drop by at Ruth's if you are within Las Vegas area.
