Simon is the product of chef Kerry Simon's along with restaurant industry maverick Elizabeth Blau. Together they have weaved magic in the form of a sophisticated new restaurant. It is located at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. Blau explains her recipe for success and the inspiration for Simon Kitchen. "We had spent four years at Bellagio in the midst of fine dining and had missed those fun, neighborhood places that we always had in New York. So we created Simon Kitchen and Bar because it's like giving a dinner party among friends every night."

Chef Simon's sumptuous preparations really make your taste buds tingle. The colossal crab, blue fin tuna, tartare with lemon grass oil, chicken curry with toasted almonds, basmati rice and spicy chutney are all worth trying. This glamorous restaurant draws celebrities from all over the country. Its delectable cuisine and chef Simon's personality has made it one of the most popular haunts in Las Vegas.
Besides this its retro food will make you long for home. The meat loaf, macaroni and cheese gratin are made the way your great grandmother made them in her hey days.
